What happens to the downline when a member cancels?

Canceled members are given a grace period of 60 days after their last failed subscription payment before they are removed from the downline. If they have referrals, those referrals are moved up to the canceled member's sponsor after the grace period. Any spillover that the canceled member had received will be re-distributed under the original sponsors.

Commissions do not 'roll-up' during the grace period.
