What happens if my subscription is canceled?
If your subscription is canceled, either manually by yourself, or because you didn't have the necessary funds in your Alertpay account or on your credit card, your NPN account will automatically (and instantly) be downgraded to 'free' status. If the cancellation was unintentional, and in order to qualify to receive commissions for the current month, you would need to start a new subscription before the end of the current calendar month.
If your subscription is canceled, you will not lose your matrix position, or downline, unless you fail to start a new subscription within 60 days of your last failed payment date. In other words, if your payment failed on March 15th, you have until May 15th to start a new subscription. If you fail to do so, your NPN account will be compressed out of the downline and you'll lose any downline you may have. Any income owed to you at that point will be forfeited.
Commissions do not 'roll-up' during the grace period.
