What does "Pending Status" mean on my stats page?

When you see that your downline member is "Pending" on your stats page, it simply means that their subscription payment has not been received yet during the current calendar month.

All members are marked as "Pending" at the start of each month and are marked as "Paid" throughout the month when their subscription payments are received.
