I'm not receiving your email updates! What do I do?
There are many important automated emails coming from our systems that are of great value to your marketing efforts. If you are not receiving these from us, chances are your ISP is blocking system-generated emails from getting through.We always put important updates in the NPN Backoffice for everyone to see in case the email does not get through.
Things to check: Make sure that you've entered your email address correctly in your NPN profile. Depending on your email client or service, ensure that all emails coming from our domains (thenpn.com, thenpn.biz, thenpn,net, npnresponder.com) are in your "allow" list.
In your NPN backoffice there is a link in the menu called "Email Test". You can test your email addresses to make sure you can receive our updates.
Regardless, be sure to check our update site regularly as all updates are posted there. The link to the updates is in your backoffice as well.
