How to Upgrade Your NPN Account

There are 2 different ways to upgrade depending on how you are paying your monthly subscription.

If you are paying directly via credit card (not through alertpay):

Simply click on "Upgrade Me Now!" in your backoffice and follow the instructions. You will be able to upgrade right from your backoffice.

If you are paying through Alertpay:

Upgrading your NPN account through Alertpay requires that you cancel your current subscription, then start a new subscription at your desired upgrade level.

Cancellation instructions can be found by clicking "Cancel Account" in your NPN backoffice.

After canceling your subscription via Alertpay, your upgrade options will be made available to you in your current NPN backoffice.

To upgrade simply choose your desired upgrade level and start a new subscription via Alertpay or Credit Card.
