How to change your payment method
If you are paying your GlobalNPN subscription with your credit card (not through Alertpay) and you'd like to change to Alertpay, you need to do the following:1. Cancel your current subscription by submitting a 'cancellation request' from the 'cancel account' page in your NPN backoffice.
2. After Admin has canceled your subscription (usually within 24 hrs.), login to your current NPN account again, select your upgrade level and start a new subscription by clicking the Alertpay button in your backoffice.
You will not lose any downline during this process as long as you are using the same NPN ID# throughout the whole process. ie. DONT' signup for a new NPN account and pay through that ID #.
Note that starting a new subscription requires you pay the subscription cost in it's entirety. Therefore if you've already paid this month it is recommended that you wait until just before your next payment is due before canceling/re-subscribing.

1. Log in to your Alertpay account and cancel your current NPN subscription from there.
2. Immediately login to your current NPN account again, select your upgrade level and start a new subscription by clicking the Pay by Credit Card option in your backoffice.
You will not lose any downline during this process as long as you are using the same NPN ID# throughout the whole process. ie. DONT' signup for a new NPN account and pay through that ID #.
