About upgrading and downgrading your NPN accounts.

Here's how the system works.

This applies to those subscribed via Alertpay only

Every time you upgrade or downgrade, it is required that you pay the full amount of the upgrade level you wish to be at. Because of this, the timing of your upgrade might need to be taken into consideration.

Example: You are a SILVER member and wish to revert back to PLUS level. The procedure obviously is to first cancel your SILVER subscription, then login to your NPN backoffice and re-subscribe at the PLUS level. As soon as you cancel your subscription, your NPN account will be inactive.

In this case, best practice would be to cancel your SILVER membership a couple days before your next subscription payment is due.

The system works in this way to allow people to be able to upgrade their NPN accounts before the end of the calendar month so they can qualify for the higher commissions associated with upgrading.
